If a Member sets up a one-time payment through the online portal, it IS NOT a payment arrangement. If the payment is scheduled after the disconnection date, services will be disconnected. Members who make a payment prior to their scheduled one-time payment MUST cancel the one-time payment through the online portal or payment will post as scheduled to your account.

Who We Are

Three Notch EMC is a member-owned electric membership cooperative that currently provides electricity to 8,198 members on a system that includes nearly 2,800 miles of line and 14,800 meters. Three Notch EMC has been proud to serve members in Seminole, Decatur, Early, Miller, Baker and Clay counties since 1938.

Our Mission is to safely provide our members with electric service at the lowest possible cost, consistent with sound business practices.
